Sound Trails

How to use the sound trail

Practise being quiet in your spirit.

1. Close your eyes (if you prefer), breathing in deeply and exhaling slowly some 5 to 7 times (or as many times you have time for).

2. Come before Jesus and lay before Him the top 3 to 5 things weighing most heavily on your heart and mind.

3. Take your time. Ask for His grace and help. Invite Jesus, the Prince of peace, as you walk through the Sound Trails below.
